Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
• Booking is confirmed only after a 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.
• Remaining 50% balance is due before filming begins on shoot day.
• Late payments may incur $25/day late fee.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
• Retainer is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Additional reschedules may include a $150 reschedule fee.
Scope of Work
Services and deliverables are defined in the proposal/package.
Anything not listed is billed separately:
• Filming: $150/hour
• Editing: $120/hour
Revisions
• Includes 1 round of minor revisions.
• Major changes, new creative direction, additional edits or reshoots are billed at $120/hour.
Creative Style
Client understands Videographer controls creative decisions including filming angles, editing style, pacing, music choice, and color grading.
Raw Footage
Raw footage is not included. If requested: $300, delivered “as-is.”
Delivery Time
• First draft: 10–21 business days
• Final files after approval: 3–5 business days
• Rush delivery may be available for $250.
Copyright & Usage Rights
The videographer owns all footage and edits. Client receives a non-exclusive license for marketing use (social media, website, ads). Client may not sell, transfer, or give footage to third parties/editors without written permission.
Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Client allows Videographer to use final videos/clips for portfolio and promotion.
File Storage
Videographer stores project files for 30 days after delivery. Client is responsible for saving backups.
Liability
Videographer is not responsible for venue restrictions, delays caused by Client, or platform/music licensing changes. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
